I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel owners were fantastic and made sure every detail was perfect. The easy access to Paignton harbor, seafront, and town center was a huge plus. However, the uncertainty about breakfast arrangements and the additional charges were a downside to an otherwise great stay.
